Team Member Fuel Discount Terms and Conditions

Fifteen cent ($0.15) Team Member Fuel Discount on up to 75 gallons per month (“Team Member Discount”) is valid for all active Team Members whose payroll is processed by Pilot Travel Centers LLC beginning on their first day of employment and ending at their termination of employment. Team Member Discount is limited to redemption at participating U.S. Pilot, Flying J, and One9 Fuel Network owned and operated locations. Not valid at dealer/licensee locations or locations operated under a different brand name. Valid in Canada*. Not valid on prior purchases or purchases other than fuel. No cash value, rainchecks, or substitutes allowed. Applicable sales tax applies. Team Member Discount may not be combined with other fuel offers, discounts or promotions and cannot be sold or bartered. Discount is not guaranteed and no credits will be given for fueling transactions where discount is not applied. Other terms, conditions, and restrictions may apply. Team Member Discount may be modified or terminated at any time. Availability is subject to federal, state and local law. Such discount is void where prohibited by law. Data rates may apply. To utilize the Team Member Discount: 1) Download the PILOTco app and/or log on to PILOTco instore 2) Open PILOTco app 3) Select “Fuel Discount” at the top of screen and 4) scan or manually enter barcode at pump or in store register when prompted for a loyalty card.
