  Public Laundry

  Public laundry facilities are provided at most of our locations, and we are continually adding more facilities. The laundry equipment is fast and efficient, allowing guests to complete their laundry quickly and get back on the road.

  ATM

  ATM machines are available 24 hours a day at all locations. Most of our ATM machines are conveniently located near store entrances and allow customers to withdraw up to $300 in cash.

  Idle Air

  Idle Air service allows truck drivers to turn off their diesel engines and APUs and still enjoy heating, cooling, standard electric inside and outside their cabs, Satellite TV, Internet, and many of the other comforts of home - all while saving money and getting better sleep without the noise, vibration and exhaust fumes from idling.   Showers & Restrooms

  To enhance the shower experience for our guests, we recently invested $100 million in our shower facilities and bathrooms, showcasing Italian tile and high quality towels. We also ensure a quick turnover so your wait for a freshly cleaned shower is limited.

  Game rooms

  Our game rooms provide a great place for entertainment and relaxation. Available at most locations, these game rooms include a variety of the hottest and newest games. Guests can play and compete for prizes in exclusive or national tournaments, with consistent rotation and service to keep our rooms fresh and operational.

  TRANSFLO Express

  TRANSFLO Express is available at most locations, 24 hours a day, making it easy for our guests to receive trip documents the same day a driver's load is delivered. With TRANSFLO Express, trip documents are scanned by trained cashiers and delivered within seconds to the fleet's corporate office for immediate processing.   Truck Washes

  Truck washes are available in select locations. Whether an automated wash or full-service operation, truck washes provide a quick and simple way for commercial drivers to clean their vehicles.

  Payphones

  All of our locations offer payphones for customer use. Located in phone rooms and in restaurant seating areas, we provide coin-operated payphones and trim-line phones with dataports for intranet users and 800 calls. Feel free to ask a Pilot Flying J team member about purchasing a phone card to use with one of our payphones.

  Western Union

  Western Union Direct Connect Service is available at select locations between the hours of 7 am and 10 pm (local time). With the Western Union Direct Connect Service, guests can quickly and easily transfer money or make payments to more than 170,000 Western Union Agent locations in over 190 countries worldwide.   Check Cashing

  Check Cashing services are available at all locations 24 hours a day. Guests can cash a check (up to $999.99) for a fee. Those who fuel a minimum of 25 gallons can cash a check up to $200 free of charge at the same location within two hours of fueling. We cash checks from billing companies, Pilot Flying J Direct Bill Customers, and members of NATSO. Identification is required and the check's authenticity will have to be properly verified. Managers have the right to refuse any check that does not adhere to our check cashing policy.

  Coin Exchange

  In select locations, guests can convert loose coins into dollar bills for a 9% fee.
