Eva Rigamonti serves as chief legal officer for Pilot.
She is responsible for leading all legal functions across several disciplines, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, government affairs, privacy and artificial intelligence, commercial transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Eva and her team help Pilot navigate the evolving legal and policy environment and foster strong relationships that shape Pilot’s growth, policy advocacy and compliance strategies.
Eva joined Pilot in October 2024, bringing more than a decade of legal expertise to the organization. Prior to joining Pilot, she served as associate general counsel and executive director of public policy at RaceTrac, Inc. and practiced law at Steptoe LLP, where she was counsel to the National Association of Convenience Stores and the Society of Independent Gasoline Marketers of America.
Eva holds a law degree from Yale Law School, a master’s degree in teaching from Pace University and a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University. She also serves as Pilot’s corporate secretary and on the boards for Shaping Her Earth, an organization dedicated to supporting women of color, and for Har Shalom Congregation, where she is the co-chair of the Accessibility and Inclusion Committee.
