What do I need to know about the partnership between GasBuddy® and the myRewards Plus™ program from Pilot Flying J?

• GasBuddy users can now connect their existing myRewards Plus account or join the myRewards Plus loyalty program from Pilot Flying J in the GasBuddy app.
• GasBuddy Users will be able to view and take advantage of their available myRewards Plus fuel discounts at participating Pilot, Flying J, and One9 locations in the GasBuddy app.
• The 5¢ fuel discount is a new discount to help auto, RV, and auto diesel drivers save 5¢ on every gallon at the pump.
• Once in the GasBuddy app, users will be able to see and save a 5¢ fuel discount on every gallon reflected on the GasBuddy pricing page. Users with a GasBuddy card will also get their GasBuddy discount in addition to the 5¢!

What is GasBuddy?

• For budget-minded drivers, GasBuddy is the travel and navigation app that is used by more North American drivers to save money on gas than any other app.
• GasBuddy covers 150,000+ gas stations in North America and offers drivers the most ways to save on fuel. How do I receive the 5¢ fuel discount in the GasBuddy app?

1. Open the GasBuddy app on your mobile device.
2. On the Find Gas tab, find the Pilot, Flying J, or One9 location you would like to visit.
3. Tap the station, and then on the station’s Detail page, tap the Activate button.
4. Sign up for or sign in to the myRewards Plus program in the GasBuddy app by tapping the Connect Account button. You will need to verify your email address to unlock the discount. If you are new to the myRewards Plus program, you will need to fill in your contact information and agree to Pilot Flying J’s terms and conditions and privacy policy.
5. Once you have connected your account, you will see your myRewards Plus barcode and loyalty number displayed on the station Detail page in the GasBuddy app – no need to open any other app to get your rewards!
6. At the pump, swipe, scan, or enter your myRewards® card, or phone number, at the pump. If you have a GasBuddy card, be sure to use it to pay at the pump to get your GasBuddy discount too!
7. The price displayed at the pump will roll back to reflect your myRewards Plus savings. If you use your GasBuddy card, you will see your GasBuddy discount on your transaction receipt.
8. Enjoy your 5¢ fuel discount and save with every fill at participating Pilot, Flying J, and One9 locations!

When can I receive the 5¢ fuel discount?

• Starting 1/1/2023 12:01 AM Eastern Time, you can save 5¢ off every gallon (gas and auto diesel only - DEF, propane and commercial diesel are excluded).
• GasBuddy discounts are additional cents off at the pump – if applicable, you will see the combined discount amount displayed in the GasBuddy app.

How many times can I redeem the 5¢ fuel discount?

• There is no limit to the 5¢ fuel discount. The discount can be applied on every gas or auto diesel gallon at participating Pilot, Flying J, and One9 locations. The 5¢ fuel discount promotion will run until 12/31/2023 11:59 PM Eastern Time

Where can I redeem the 5¢ fuel discount?

• This discount can be redeemed at any owned and operated Pilot, Flying J, or One9 location in the United States, excluding travel centers in Wisconsin and New Jersey due to legal limitations. The discount is not valid in Canada, or any dealer/licensee locations.

Are pro drivers eligible for the 5¢ fuel discount?

• Yes! Pro drivers can also save 5¢ on gas and auto diesel when traveling in their personal gas or auto diesel vehicles at participating locations Pilot, Flying J, and One locations.
• The discount is not valid for commercial truck diesel or propane. To access the auto fuel discount, pro drivers must log in to their myRewards Plus account in the GasBuddy app and scan or enter their rewards number, or phone number, at the pump before fueling.
• Existing myRewards Plus Professional Drivers will get a new barcode when they connect their account with GasBuddy. Please note that the myRewards Plus discount will only work on the front of the house (gas canopy) pumps.

Does the 5¢ fuel discount work for diesel?

• The 5¢ fuel discount applies to all variations of gas and auto diesel transactions. The discount is not applicable to commercial diesel or non-automotive fuels (including DEF and propane).

Does this discount apply to RV drivers?

• RV drivers can use the 5¢ fuel discount on all variations of gas and on auto diesel by becoming myRewards Plus members. This discount does not stack with Good Sam discounts.

Can I combine discounts and savings with GasBuddy card discounts and savings?

• Yes, you can combine the any fuel discounts from Pilot Flying J myRewards Plus with savings you receive using a GasBuddy card. Click here for details.
• Note that the 5¢ discount will be displayed immediately at the pump when fueling and that GasBuddy discounts and any redeemed GasBack® rewards will be reflected around 1-3 business days in your linked checking account.

What is “Pay with GasBuddy”?

• Pay with GasBuddy is the first-of-its-kind gasoline savings program giving U.S. drivers a discount on virtually every gallon of gas they will ever pump.
• The program is free to join and works at stations nationwide.

Can I use other features from the myRewards Plus app loyalty program in the GasBuddy app?

• At this time, you can only receive the fuel discount from myRewards Plus in the GasBuddy app.
• Later this year, additional functionality from the myRewards Plus app will be available through the GasBuddy app such as exclusive offers for in-store items including food, drinks, and merchandise.
