Buy a Paper Heart and Make a Difference
Support heart health and safety this February by purchasing a $1, $3 or $5 paper heart at any participating Pilot location. Every dollar raised will be donated directly to the American Heart Association in the U.S. or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, helping fund critical research and community programs that save lives.
