Diesel Exhaust Fluid (Bulk DEF)
Pilot Flying J is the largest retailer of bulk DEF. This allows us to keep you on the go and provide you DEF when and where you need it.
Our Diesel Exhaust Fluid is dispensed conveniently at the diesel island. We also offer DEF products at retail in gallon and 2 ½ gallon jugs at all locations.

Parking
Pilot Flying J offers on average over 100 truck parking spaces per location.
CAT Certified Scales
A CAT Certified Scale is available at most locations. A CAT Certified Scale provides the professional truck driver a reliable, accurate, and certified weight. For more info: http://www.catscale.com/.
TRANSFLO Express
TRANSFLO Express is available at most locations, 24 hours a day. TRANSFLO Express makes it easy for our customers to receive trip documents the same day a driver's load is delivered. With TRANSFLO Express, trip documents are scanned by trained cashiers, and delivered within seconds to the fleet's corporate office for immediate processing. Truck Washes
Truck Washes are available in select locations. Whether it is an automated wash or full service operation, Truck Washes provide a quick and simple way for commercial drivers to clean their vehicles. Though not currently operated by Pilot Flying J, this amenity is appreciated by many customers.
Payphones
All locations offer payphones for customer use. Located in phone rooms and in restaurant seating areas, we provide coin-operated payphones and trim-line phones with dataports for intranet users and 800 calls. Feel free to ask a Pilot Flying J employee about purchasing a phonecard to use with one of our payphones.
ATMS
ATM machines are available 24 hours a day at all locations. Most of our ATM machines are conveniently located near store entrances and allow customers to withdraw up to $300 in cash.
Western Union
Western Union Direct Connect Service is available at all locations between the hours of 7 am and 11 pm. With the Western Union Direct Connect Service, customers can quickly and easily transfer money or make payments to more than 170,000 Western Union Agent locations in over 190 countries worldwide.

Check Cashing
Check Cashing services are available at all locations 24 hours a day. Fueling and non-fueling customers can cash a check (up to $999.99) for a fee. Customers who fuel a minimum of 25 gallons can cash a check up to $200 free of charge at the same location within 2 hours of fueling. We will cash checks from billing companies, Pilot Flying J Direct Bill Customers, and members of NATSO. Identification is required and the check's authenticity will have to be properly verified. Managers have the right to refuse to any check that does not adhere to our check cashing policy.
Public Laundry
Public laundry facilities are provided at most of our locations, and we are continually adding more facilities. The laundry equipment is fast and efficient allowing customers to complete their laundry quickly and get back on the road.
Showers
We strive to have the best showers in the industry. Our focus on fast, friendly, and clean enhances the customer's shower experience at all of our locations. Customers can expect a freshly cleaned shower quickly at any location.
Game Rooms
Our game rooms provide a great place for entertainment and relaxation. Available at most locations, these game rooms include a variety of the hottest and newest games. Customers can play and compete for prizes in exclusive tournaments or in national tournaments with the online tournament games. With consistent rotation and service, game rooms are kept fresh and operational.
