At Pilot Company and across our family of travel center brands, our promise is to provide a safe, clean, fast and friendly experience. Effective August 4, our team members at all locations are required to wear masks. Our current mask policy for guests aligns with state or local ordinances. All of our locations will have signage at the entrances displaying the local policies. We greatly appreciate everyone continuing to do their part to stay safe and healthy. See below for more information about our COVID-19 procedures.
Our top priority is protecting the safety of team members and guests, while continuing to provide essential goods and services at our more than 780 Pilot and Flying J travel centers. We are open and ready to serve professional drivers, health care providers, first responders, food delivery drivers and many others working to support our communities and the country.
The health and safety of our team members and guests are always at the heart of everything we do at Pilot Company. We continue to thoroughly sanitize our stores and encourage healthy hygiene practices. As the COVID-19 vaccine becomes more available, we are offering $75 incentive to our hourly team members, general managers and company drivers to help make it easier for those team members who choose to get vaccinated.

Pilot Company is focused on sanitation of our fuel pumps, kiosks, and pin pads, and we wanted to remind you of our mobile app features. The app allows drivers to practice social distancing and healthy hygiene by using the mobile pay feature to reduce pin pad touches, reserve showers and receive notifications when their shower is ready - as well as share receipts to reduce use of the in-store driver kiosk. For more information on our app, please visit pilotflyingj.com/app.
Last but not least, don’t forget that your Pilot Company sales, credit, and guest services representatives are available should you have specific questions or needs. We realize everyone in the industry is working tirelessly to keep our nation’s shelves and medical supplies stocked. We are here for you and want to work alongside you during this difficult season in our country. Thank you again for all you and your drivers are doing to keep our economy and country strong.
